AUT Delivery to Customers
- AUT deliver goods to their customers using, third party carriers, on a 2-3 day basis
- AUT charge the cost of the carriage as an extra cost, unless a customer has requested the carriage cost is ‘built into’ the supply price and this is included in the AUT offer
- AUT can offer next day and same day deliveries at the request of a customer and these are charged as an extra cost
- AUT can supply ‘proof of delivery’ if requested
- AUT seek to avoid using the general UK postal service for parcels, as it is inconsistant. AUT will though use Royal Mail Special Delivery (RMSD) if so requested.
