Enquiries and Orders placed with AUT
- AUT plan to reply to all enquiries, whether placed through web site or in other ways, within half a working day and will keep the enquirer informed if a particular enquiry process should take longer
- AUT will make all offers in writing unless otherwise agreed with the enquirer
- AUT will acknowledge orders if requested by the customer
- AUT will process all orders promptly and keep the customer informed should there be any variation from original offer
- AUT requires that offers made without credit terms are paid for in full before the product is dispatched
- AUT paperwork will always show the customers purchase order number,
quantity ordered, AUT’s part number, invoice address and delivery address.
If specifically requested customers own part numbers can also be included
