Due to advancement in technology, we are now able to call upon 3D printing in order to create 3D models and prototypes, in order for you to see your finished product, before you invest in expensive tooling.
Following the successful prototype we can create production tooling and send further samples for additional testing, before creating the first production batches. If there are any issues at this point we can make amends to the tooling and work with you, to make sure you get the exact product you have specified.
Once we have completed this your order will be automatically inserted onto our ‘Contract Supply’ system which will manage and support your contract.
We have access to all the relevant wheel and castors CAD files in the format of your choice. You can either request them on the individual product pages or get in touch with our sales team and we will be happy to help.
Alternaitvely if we are creating a bespoke item, CAD files will be made and sent for your approval.
The CAD approval process will include a complete product specification and full TUV approved test reports can be completed on request.
