- AUT consider a scheduled delivery is putting a plan in place to ensure that a customer has access to product when they need it
- AUT consider scheduled deliveries can take may forms but have three essential components within a customers purchase order. The product, the quantity required and planned delivery dates however the customer must have some flexibility on the delivery dates
- AUT try and avoid ‘call off’ orders as they mean limited commitment/ planning from the customer and AUT. The consequence of which is often disappointment for the customer and AUT
