Contract Supply
AUT has designed a brand new system to implement, manage and control our contract based customers.
We understand you want a consistent supply of product. We also understand, you want that supply stream, to run as consistently and easily as possible.
Whenever you place a contracted schedule with AUT, we will automatically insert your account onto the Order Despatch system. Your items will be delivered each and every month, on a date you requested, packed into the quantities you have specified. On the same day of despatch, you will also be emailed the below ‘Order Despatch Report’.
This report includes the following information:
- Your order number
- Historical despatches
- Stock volume at AUT
- Production Stock volume and date its due to arrive at AUT
- Future planned despatches
- Delivered quantity
- Terms of the contract
- Start and End dates of the contract
- Product Part Numbers
With all this information sent automatically after each and every despatch, you can be sure your contracts will be controlled and managed efficiently. We also copy in your account manager to the despatch report, so they know when to contact you to discuss a new contract.
